No need to defrost. Pre heat oven to 350°F. Add little oil on the surface of the tray, place mooncake in the tray, nice and flat. Bake for 30 minutes, turn over the mooncake, and bake for another 10 minutes, until the surface is crispy. If you do not want to turn over the moon cake, bake for 45 minutes straight. Highly recommend to eat right after it’s baked. The flavor is really different overnight.
