Asian Suburban Delivery
The COVID-19 pandemic brought sweeping changes to the food industry. Dine-in service was closed. Traditional delivery only reached a few miles. Ethnic communities in cultural food deserts were shut off from traditional comfort food. Organizing over 30 restaurants and grocers, we created a 50-mile delivery zone in PA, NJ, and DE. We served 4,200 families, delivering 300 tons of groceries and 200,000 prepared Asian and Halal dishes.

Afghan Refugee Program
In the fall of 2021, over 500 Afghan refugees arrived in Philadelphia with almost no advance notice. We created a special halal program in just over two weeks. Over the next 5 months, we prepared and fulfilled over 40,000 meals and 1,200 grocery orders. We also hired 5 Afghan refugees to help ensure halal compliance and assist with general operations.

We established a nationwide E-Commerce shipping platform for speciality Chinese snacks. Customers from dozens of states became reliant upon our efficient service delivering cultural comfort food not otherwise available in their geographical home markets.
